HUD released the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Renewal and Replacement Grants on July 5, 2023.
Approximately $3,134,000,000 is available nationwide. Montana is eligible for up to $4,594,050 including approximately $1,606,075 available for non-competitive YHDP renewal and replacement expiring grants, and approximately $321,584 available for CoC Bonus Projects and $285,269 available for Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Bonus (DV Bonus) projects.

Montana Continuum of Care Supplemental Applications for the FY2023 Local Competition are DUE to david@mtcoc.org by Friday, August 4, 2023. Please note that a Supplemental Application will need to be submitted for EACH PROJECT even if your agency has multiple projects.
Project Applications
e-snaps Project Applications for Renewal and New Projects will need to be completed by Thursday, August 10, 2023. A PDF copy of your completed Project Application MUST be sent to david@mtcoc.org
