On Wednesday, June 24, 2026 The U.S. Department of Housing and Development and the Office of Special Needs Assistance Programs (SNAPS) announced the publication of the Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) NOFO, CPD-2600-DC-025A, through which HUD offers $100,000,000 for competitive grants for the new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation (capital costs) of new permanent supportive housing (PSH) units.
The Montana Statewide Continuum of Care (MT-CoC) is soliciting applications for new and expansion YHDP projects that will provide Supportive Services to homeless youth ages 24 and younger, including unaccompanied and pregnant or parenting youth in Montana.
