The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) is an annual,
competitive grant process from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
It invites nonprofits, governments, and tribes to apply for funding to house and serve
individuals experiencing homelessness and promotes a community-wide, regional
approach to ending homelessness.
